What are your terms and conditions?


 ORDER CANCELLATION
CANCELLATION REQUESTS for standard items will ONLY be accepted up to 5 DAYS after order.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS for SPECIAL ORDER items will ONLY be accepted 1) If the request is made within 7 DAYS of purchase AND 2) if the item has NOT shipped from JAPAN.

If the item has already shipped and the customer would still like to CANCEL, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from JAPAN, customs duty for both ways, and other restocking fees (25%) associated with that item.

PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATES LISTED IN THE PRODUCT PAGE BEFORE ORDERING. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT DELIVERY TIMES MAY CHANGE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURING, SHIPPING, AND OTHER EXTERNAL FACTORS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL DELIVERY DATES ONCE PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE THROUGH THE SHOPPING CART!


RETURNS
Buyer assumes all responsibility for all transactions made on this site.
All returns must be made within 7 DAYS of product receipt.
Product must either have a manufacturer defect that has been verified by Stage 10 Productions Inc and must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.

We're sorry, but SPECIAL ORDER items CANNOT be RETURNED due to the nature of the order.
(You can check if the item is SPECIAL ORDER on the product information page.)

Sale items and other non stocking items may not be returned without prior written consent from Stage 10 Productions Inc. All returned items must include all original parts in their brand new unused packaging. Customers will be charged for any missing or unusable components of returned parts.

Customer agrees to pay for all shipping costs (shipping, customs duty etc...) associated with the return transaction. Stage 10 reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized return requests at their sole discretion. Authorized returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. While every effort will be made to credit the charges, actual results may take longer.


All returns require an RA number.
RETURN ITEMS without an RA number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!
RA numbers will be issued only for qualified items.

REFUNDS
Full refunds will be issued only after the proper CANCELLATION/ RETURN process has been cleared.

Please allow up to 14 DAYS for transaction processing.
Refunds will be posted back to the customer's credit card or Paypal account depending on the original payment method.


WARRANTY
All products are warrantied for manufacturer defects for 30 days.Items returned for warranty inspection must follow the same return process as other items. All shipping and other misc charges will be the responsibility of the customer until Stage 10 has determined that the item is indeed covered under warranty.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges for items will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturer defect and is in brand new unopened condition. Items damaged during shipping should be claimed with the shipping company. All price differences for exchange items will be appropriately charged. Please email us at info@stage-10.net if you would like to exchange a product.
